Get in touch

Leave a name and an email address and we will come back to you. Rules questions, a contested result, a title you want added to the rotation, a press enquiry — all of it lands in the same inbox and a person reads it.

  • Replies usually go out within one business day, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time.
  • For a contested match, mention the game and roughly when you played — that is enough for us to find the replay.
  • For anything about your own data, write “privacy” in the name field and it goes straight to the person who handles those requests.
  • Quick questions are faster through Inka in the corner of the page.

Please do not send documents or payment details through this form. If an identity check is needed for a cashout, we will point you at the secure upload inside your account rather than ask for anything by email.

Contact form

We use your address to answer this message and nothing else. See the privacy policy for how long we keep it.

What happens after you send it

No ticket numbers, no automated first reply.

Messages are read in the order they arrive by the small team that also maintains the brackets, which is the reason replies take a business day rather than an hour and also the reason the answer comes from someone who can actually change something. A contested result goes to whoever reviews replays; a suggestion about the rotation goes to the person who decides what stays on the floor; anything about data goes to the person who handles those requests.

If your question turns out to be one that other people keep asking, it tends to end up on the FAQ page in a clearer form than we managed the first time. That is not a brush-off — several of the eight answers there exist because somebody wrote in and pointed out that the site had explained something badly.
