Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using tintaenterashop.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The Site is operated by Tinta Entera Studios Ltd, whose registered office is at 594 Park Crescent, Oxford, OX4 2HT (54828791).

Eligibility — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user we reasonably believe to be under 18.

No Real-Money Gambling

Tinta Entera is a free social entertainment platform. It does NOT constitute real-money gambling, betting, or gaming of any kind. Specifically:

  • All games use Tinta Tokens, a virtual currency with no monetary value.
  • Tinta Tokens cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for any real-world goods or prizes.
  • Winning or losing Tinta Tokens has no financial consequence whatsoever.
  • No purchase is ever required to access or continue playing any game on the Site.

Nothing on this Site should be taken as advice, encouragement, or opportunity to engage in real-money gambling.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site if you are under 18 years of age.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Site's game logic, assets, or code for commercial use.

  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive through the contact form.
  • Misrepresent the Site as a real-money gambling platform to others.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Inkardo character, game artwork, copy, brand identity, and code — is the exclusive property of Tinta Entera Studios Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Virtual Currency

Tinta Tokens are granted at the start of each session and via the daily top-up for entertainment purposes only. They represent no form of property, financial asset, or stored value. Tokens may not be transferred between users, and their availability may change or cease at any time without notice or compensation.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinta Entera Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data or enjoyment of the games.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
